Careers

When you join drydensfairfax you will be joining a like minded team of positive and hardworking people with a can do approach.

Before you submit your application, can you agree with the following statements?

  • I have the legal right to work in the UK
  • I do not have any satisfied or unsatisfied County Court Judgments (CCJ’s)
  • I have never been declared bankrupt
  • I do not have any unspent criminal convictions

If you are unable to agree with any of these statements then unfortunately we are unable to proceed with your application. We can only accept candidates with the full right to work in the UK and due to our working relationships with certain Government departments and financial institutions, if you have ever been issued with a County Court Judgment, declared bankrupt or have a currently unspent criminal conviction then we are not able to employ you.

Equal opportunities

All candidates will be treated fairly, honestly and courteously and, in line with our own ethos and equal opportunities policy, will be appointed on merit and ability. We feel that adherence to these standards is vital to ensure that unintentional direct and indirect discrimination does not occur on any forbidden grounds. We encourage a diverse workforce and aim to provide a working environment where all staff at all levels are valued and respected, and where discrimination, bullying, promotion of negative stereotyping and harassment are not tolerated.

Information for recruitment agencies

Whilst we are aware that there are many excellent candidates currently looking for opportunities, we would prefer not to be contacted by recruitment agencies unless we have specifically requested that you act on our behalf.

We operate a preferred supplier list and we will contact you if we require assistance with a particular role.

Many thanks for your co-operation.
